Creative Design Solutions was engaged in the Fall of 2014 along with a design build partner to provide a cohesive Master Plan for their next 45 years.

This included examining all of their current operations during their busiest times of the year.  It also included examining the different divisions of the company, how they could all be managed, and housed in the future.  The first phase of the master plan was carried out in 2015 and involved the wholesale renovation of an existing non-utilized building into their main large scale commercial kitchen and food preparation facility.  The project also involved renovations to update and streamline the logistical operations for dispatching their catering services.
