Memorial 5th Floor East
As part of the ongoing renovations of Memorial Hospitals improvement of their 1958 Patient Tower CDS continued our master planning design work with the Hospital.
CDS delivered full Architectural and Interior Design Services to transform the former 5th patient floor of the East Tower into the Hospital's Rehabilitation and Therpay Suite. This involved providing new offices, occupational therapy, physical therapy, and associated support spaces. CDS also provide full services for full liscensing with the Indiana State Depatment of Health.
