Gary Hall, AIA, NCARB, LEED AP, Senior Principal
Gary has been immersed in the architectural industry for more than 20 years with a specific skill set in design, project management, construction administration and construction detailing.

Sean Frederick, AIA, NCARB, LEED AP, Senior Principal
Sean plays a primary role in overseeing day-to-day operations of CDS. He holds a Masters of Architecture degree from University of Buffalo in New York and serves as an integral part in producing construction documents and overseeing the project's construction process.

Andrew Roche, AIA, NCARB, LEED AP, Junior Principal
Andrew serves as a project manager and architect for CDS with over 17 years of experience in his profession. His dynamic expertise makes him a valuable contributor to all of the project phases from the very first client meeting to the project's completion.

Sarah Mitchell, NCIDQ, Interior Designer
Sarah is a brilliantly creative interior designer with a concentration on the function, safety and aesthetics of indoor spaces. She graduated from Purdue University with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Interior Design and currently holds over 10 years of design experience in senior living, healthcare, college/university and commercial design.
